At CHARM & CO., we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on used or opened makeup products.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at [your customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds
- We currently do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit or product exchanges are available.
- Refunds are only processed if we are unable to replace a defective product.
Shipping Issues
- CHARM & CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier.
