At CHARM & CO., we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
  1. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on used or opened makeup products.
  2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
  3. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Exchange
  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  2. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  3. Items purchased on sale or with discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Request an Exchange
  1. Email us at [your customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds
  1. We currently do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit or product exchanges are available.
  2. Refunds are only processed if we are unable to replace a defective product.

Shipping Issues
  1. CHARM & CO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier.
